Q: What kind of Vanilla products do you sell?
A: We are selling different country origins of vanilla beans, vanilla powder, artisan vanilla extracts and vanilla paste.

Q: Can i get more information about vanilla pods?
A: Our vanilla pods are carefully selected by hand to ensure the best quality to our consumers and we direct import our vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea, Madagascar and Tahiti. 

Q: Can i get more information about vanilla extracts?
A: We do our vanilla extract in-house, first we soak the vanilla beans together with glycerine for few months, when the time is up we will bottle it. The reason it takes time, is to fully get the flavours out from the vanilla bean.

Q: How is your quality of products?
A: Our vanilla pods are hand selected for the greatest quality to consumers.

Q: What is the ingredients of this products?
A: This product contains only vanilla bean and glycerine.
For your information, Glycerine, also known as glycerol, is a natural compound derived from vegetable oils. It's a clear, colorless, odorless and syrupy liquid with a sweet taste.

Q: Is it HALAL?
A: Yes, it is.

Q: What is the difference between vanilla extract and vanilla paste?
A: The main difference about these two products are vanilla extract is in a liquid form and vanilla paste is in rich thick form. Both of them contains the same ingredients.

Q: What is the difference between these vanilla pods?
A: Different country origin vanilla has their own distinctive flavour profile. For instance, Papua New Guinea Planifolia Vanilla has a fruity cocoa notes, Madagascar’s has creamy smooth caramel notes. It depends on your own preference.

Q: Which type is more strong/fragrant?
A: I would recommend Papua New Guinea Planifolia & Tahitensis, both of their flavour notes is very strong and potent.

Q: Can you recommend something for me?
A: For starters i would recommend using Vanilla extract or Vanilla paste.

Q: Any recommendation use for gelato ice-cream?
A: I would recommend Vanilla powder for making ice-cream, heat up the milk with low heat and add in vanilla powder. Like that you will get rich and flavourful vanilla taste, but the colour will be a bit brownish.

Q: When is the expired date/Shelf life?
A: 5 years.

Q: How to store this product?
A: Do not refrigerate it and avoid direct sunlight. 
Like that is to prevent the flavours of vanilla to wear off.
