The Inventor
We are honored to introduce the father of HFC134a extraction technology from the United Kingdom, Doctor Peter Wilde. Dr. Wilde initiated the invention of cryo-extraction technology in 1986. After his retirement, he turned to rose cultivation in his hometown. The inspiration behind his invention came from his quest to preserve the freshest and most exquisite rose fragrances. This led him to travel far and wide in search of the best extraction methods to obtain essential oil from his roses.
His research encompassed traditional steam distillation, hexane extraction, and even the most advanced SCFE (Supercritical Fluid Extraction) methods. However, none of these methods fulfilled his requirements. Thus, he developed the cryo-extraction technology, eventually achieving remarkable results. He successfully extracted the most exquisite rose aromas.
